The user must provide accurate account information, maintain appropriate account security, and promptly update material changes. Account credentials must remain confidential, and activity conducted through an account may be attributed to the account holder unless unauthorised use is reported without undue delay.

The user retains ownership of materials uploaded or created through the services, subject to the rights required for operation. The user grants the Company a limited licence to host, process, reproduce, and display those materials solely to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the services.

The user must not use the services to violate law, infringe intellectual property, distribute harmful material, interfere with platform security, evade access controls, misrepresent affiliation, or access another person’s account without permission. The user remains responsible for supplied content and activity.

The services are provided subject to applicable consumer protections and stated service commitments. The Company does not promise uninterrupted availability, complete compatibility, or suitability for every purpose. The user is responsible for reviewing presentation content, maintaining backups, and confirming distribution rights.

The Company may update these Terms and Conditions when services, legal requirements, or operational practices change. The revised version will be published with an updated date. Continued use after the effective date may constitute acceptance where permitted by applicable law.
